I lead off with this photo, which was taken last year, because I am now expanding rapidly due to the mysterious human in my pouch. No complaints but it's nice to see myself not looking like I ate 500 pizzas. Although I do fit right in in town now.

There is nothing like checking into a hotel and having a nice fresh cookie. There are some hockey-playing boys in Haileybury who made these. The existence of these cookies have changed my perspective on the teenage jock. Give him a Betty Crocker box once the zamboni has shined the ice and watch the sparks fly. Hurray for the Leisure Inn. Best hotel ever.

The Northlander train seems glamorous until you get on and realize it's just trees and snow for 5 hours, prompting you to take to the dining car to watch Planet of The Apes and tweet a bunch of boring shit.

We could take a few cues from the Europeans on train travel and culinary delights. I do not include this hot dog in saran wrap and bun, available on the Northlander Train, as a culinary delight. Despite my overactive pregnant libido, not even the shape of this food could entice me into going anywhere near it.

I did have a brilliant time at the Classic Theatre in Cobalt. The food we were treated to by Terry and Eva, our hosts, and then by Esthero's mom...oh man. Off the charts. Plus breakfast at the Magic Kettle in North Bay. Yum.

I spent the first night with these pets upon my late Air Canada arrival to Halifax. Despite my over-active pregnancy libido, I could still not keep my eyes open long enough to serenade these pets into a state of heat.

Me and Joel at his studio Scotland Yard. We practised Gold Soul of Rock N Roll, which he dueted on with me for my album Gem and I. Safe to say we nailed it at The Company House later. Stools were thrown and there was much applause. Anyone who has followed me since "Science Fair" knows I've been a huge JP fan. He made his first appearance in my lyrics for Stereochrome.
"Joel sings Oh My Soul! and we're still waking up.........."
