Freedom from Imposter Syndrome

Living in perceived inadequacy, or imposter syndrome (a term originally coined by psychologists Pauline Rose Clance and Suzanne Imes), is the ultimate energy drain. When we distance ourselves from our own authenticity, we add unnecessary effort onto our lives. Most of the time, fear of stepping into a role or a new mindset is not our fault; it is the result of conditioning and trauma in early life. Join ICF Certified Coach and advocate for healing through voice, Emm Gryner, as she leads you through a session with music to help you become more conscious and find ways to unshackle yourself from the deep, limiting fear of feeling unworthy.
