Face Yoga with Emm

Studies have shown that just 20 minutes of daily face yoga takes years and dullness off the face. But face yoga and massage has other holistic benefits beyond the external, including increased blood flow, collagen production and lower stress levels. Join Certified Danielle Collins Face Yoga practitioner Emm Gryner for an invigorating 25-minute practice. No prior experience is necessary. Please ensure before practicing that you have clean hands, a serum that you love and you can practise somewhere where you won't be disturbed.
